Buddha Bowl "In A Jar"

Very similar to our Salad in a Jar parties except for this time we are filling our jars with Buddha Love :) 

Please RSVP and COMMENT on the Facebook Event what you are bringing. 🥗🥗

1. Please bring a big bowl of a Buddha ingredient (8 to 10 cups) washed, chopped and ready to go in a bowl. Buddha Bowls are "plant powered": veggies, fruits, greens, etc IDEAS: roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, roasted beets, apples, quinoa, chickpeas, hummus, tahini, avocado, kale, spinach, cauliflower, etc. [No gluten or dairy please]

2. Please Use the "comments" on the Facebook Event of this post to let us know what you will bring so that we don't duplicate items.

3. Bring about 4-5 quart-sized Mason jars (wide-mouthed work best). Or other containers like Tupperware work, too.
