It's time to start transforming your bodies and minds into strong and courageous beings! Expect some challenging exercises for your body and mind. You’ll experience 45-50 minutes of high-intensity functional fitness followed by 15-20 minutes of stretching, socializing with new friends, and some awesome fun.
